Sleeping Beauties provides a range of different packages that are suited to your needs, budget and family sleep goals. The packages listed below are available for all children and babies (0-5 years) including twins and multiples.
Mini Express Sleep Package
- This express package is best for parents who need quick sleep tips, tools and advice that they can implement straight away with their little ones. This package is designed for less complicated sleeping issues.
- This package includes:
- Email with sleep recommendations.
- 30-minute phone call to discuss the recommendations.
- A questionnaire will need to be completed first prior to the phone consultation so that we can have as much information ready for you during our call.
- NOTE: There is no sleep assessment/plan or follow-up support included in this package. If after the phone call you decide to purchase the medium package that includes follow-up support and sleep assessment with plan you will receive a 20% discount.
Small Sleep Package & 1 Week Support
- Are you extremely busy but need some quick and simple answers to questions regarding your child’s sleep? Then this is the package for you.
- This package includes:
- Custom plan specific to you and your baby’s sleep goals.
- Detailed handouts with step-by-step instructions and information on topics relevant to your sleep plan.
- Unlimited text and/or email support for 1 week support.
- A questionnaire will need to be completed first prior to your plan being sent.
- This package is suitable for babies aged 12 weeks and over.
Medium Sleep Package & 2 Weeks Support
- Our medium package is for parents that require extra support and guidance during their child’s sleep journey.
- This package includes:
- Custom sleep plan specific to you and your child’s sleep goals.
- Detailed handouts with step-by-step instructions and information on topics relevant to your sleep plan.
- Unlimited text and/or email support for 2 weeks so you can have your questions answered in detail while sleep training. You will also have the opportunity to send sleep logs so we can track how your days are going to tailor anything if need be.
- A questionnaire will need to be completed first prior to the phone consultation.
- This package is suitable for babies aged 12 weeks and over.
Large Sleep Package & 2 Weeks Support
- Sleeping Beauties most popular package! This package is for parents that require additional support and guidance while implementing our customised sleep training plans. If you prefer to talk things through and have the opportunity to ask lots of questions then this package is the perfect choice for you.
- This package includes:
- 45-60 minute phone consult to go over the details of your current sleep situation and concerns.
- Email with your own customised sleep plan.
- Detailed handouts with step-by-step instructions and information on topics relevant to your sleep plan
- Unlimited text and/or email support for 2 weeks so you can have your questions answered in detail while sleep training. You will also have the opportunity to send sleep logs so we can track how your days are going to tailor anything if need be.
- A questionnaire will need to be completed first prior to the phone consultation.
- This package is suitable for babies aged 12 weeks and over.
MOST POPULAR
Home Consultation
- Are you a “see it in action” type of person? Understand things better when explained in person and one on one? Then a home consult could be the package for you. The purpose of home consultations is so that parents are provided with opportunity to see settling techniques in action but also provides us with the opportunity to assess your child’s sleep environment and help guide and coach you through your child’s sleep plan and goals.
- This package includes:
- 2-hour in-home consultation.
- Custom sleep plan specific to you and your child’s sleep goals.
- Assessment of current sleep environment.
- Talk through sleep issues and any concerns.
- Follow up email and/or text support for 2 weeks with a 24-hour response timeframe so you can have your questions answered in detail while sleep training.
- A questionnaire will need to be completed first prior to the home consultation. We will aim to send this to you prior to the appointment to read over.
- NOTE: A travel fee may be included if outside a 50km radius
- Overnight Home Consultation packages are available - POA.

Newborn Package
- Congratulations on the arrival of your new bundle of joy! The newborn package is perfect for mums who are looking to create and establish healthy newborn sleep foundations. This package also provides support and information around newborn sleep and how to create the best sleeping habits based on what’s most appropriate for your baby’s age, temperament and developmental stage.
- This package includes:
- 1 hour home visit to talk through your goals and customised sleep plan. We will also demonstrate hands on settling techniques.
- Customised sleep plan specific to you and your baby’s sleep goals.
- Provide information on Safe Sleep Practices.
- Follow up email and/or text support for 1 week with a 24-hour response timeframe.
