- Custom sleep plan specific to you and your child’s sleep goals
- Follow up email and/or text support for 2 weeks with a 24 hour response timeframe so you can have your questions answered in detail while sleep training. You will also have the opportunity to send sleep logs so we can track how your days are going to tailor anything if need be
- A questionnaire will need to be completed first prior to the phone consultation
