Before your appointment, you’ll complete a comprehensive questionnaire so I can thoroughly review your child’s sleep history and current challenges.

2-Hour In-Home Consultation

During our time together, we will:

• Assess your child’s sleep environment

• Identify biological and behavioural factors impacting sleep

• Talk through your concerns and goals in depth

• Map out a clear, structured plan moving forward

Your Personalised Sleep Plan

Following our visit, you’ll receive a customised, evidence-based sleep plan tailored specifically to your child and family.

Two Weeks of Follow-Up Support

For 14 days after your consultation, you’ll have access to email and/or text support to guide you as you implement changes.

This ensures you’re not left alone once we begin you’ll have professional reassurance and troubleshooting as needed.

A travel fee may apply for locations outside a 25km radius.
Overnight in-home consultation packages are available upon request (POA).
