Description
This package is for parents that require additional support and guidance while implementing our customised sleep training plans. If you prefer to talk things through and have the opportunity to ask lots of questions then this package is the perfect choice for you.
This package includes:
- 45-60 minute phone consult to go over the details of your current sleep situation and concerns.
- Email with your own customised sleep plan.
- Detailed handouts with step-by-step instructions and information on topics relevant to your sleep plan
- Unlimited text and/or email support for 2 weeks so you can have your questions answered in detail while sleep training. You will also have the opportunity to send sleep logs so we can track how your days are going to tailor anything if need be.
- A questionnaire will need to be completed first prior to the phone consultation.
- This package is suitable for babies aged 12 weeks and over.
