This package includes:
- Custom sleep plan specific to you and your child’s sleep goals.
- Detailed handouts with step-by-step instructions and information on topics relevant to your sleep plan.
- Unlimited text and/or email support for 2 weeks so you can have your questions answered in detail while sleep training. You will also have the opportunity to send sleep logs so we can track how your days are going to tailor anything if need be.
- A questionnaire will need to be completed first.
